How We Work

1. Team

Our background in business was developed in the world of music. Specifically, our founder Jason Gittinger is one of Metro Detroit’s finest jazz musicians. In the world of Jazz, you have to be able to speak the same language as those around you, be able to improvise, and have the skills to make the best of the situation around you. Without a team of individuals functioning at a high level with each other, the music sounds horrible. We approach every project and business with this philosophy: Get the best people on the team, see what’s happening, and make moves that create beautiful results together.
