For Compuware, The Gittinger Group was asked to assemble a team of skilled musicians to provide the music for an international sales conference. For three months the team collaborated with the production team on the music, production elements, and requirements. For the event, which consisted of multiple sites, The Gittinger Group handled all logistics, coordination, rehearsal, management, and production of the music team.
JET-SET approached us to help with a company re-branding and process improvement project. In business since 1963, the company had not had a refresh of the marketing and processes for some time. A plan was developed and our team interfaced with the JET-SET team and their other vendors to re-brand and change their marketing and web materials. We also helped document and refine their internal processes as well as develop materials for multiple languages and countries. We developed web videos for their support web page and rewrote many of their marketing materials to clearly communicate their products and services to the customers.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland & Macomb Counties approached our founder Jason Gittinger, due to his extensive history with music related businesses, to help with a project at one of their locations. The task was to help develop a process and team to utilize their music recording space for the betterment of the students that attended their club. Jason and his team developed a plan and put a staff and customized curriculum in place to help the students and team at the club.

Our founder Jason Gittinger is the President of the Board of Directors of the Greater Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce. As such, he serves on all of the committees of the board; communications, executive, finance, membership services, nominating, scholarships, and special events. As president, he is also responsible for leadership of the office staff between board meetings as well as representing the organization at community events and meetings. Frequently he is asked to speak at grand openings and his staff and students of the music school he founded, The Detroit School of Rock and Pop Music were selected as the “volunteers of the year” in 2010.
Our founder Jason Gittinger chairs the Royal Oak Commission for the Arts at Royal Oak City Hall. He also serves on many task forces for the city. He recently served on the team to re-brand the City and it’s departments as well as the storm water task force. He has been a part of writing public policies for the arts and has chaired the committee that throws the city’s annual downtown summer concert series.
Being in Detroit, it’s tough to not work with the big three. Our time over the years has been spent on a number of projects for General Motors. Recently we have provided business consulting for a global audio project. We have consulted on best-practices for the participants around the planet and served as the project management for the completion of the production process.
